FreeStockMCP images are made available to everyone, worldwide, at no cost and with no account, under the terms below.

You are free to

• Use the images for free, in personal and commercial projects alike.
• Copy, modify, crop, retouch and place text over them.
• Use them in websites, apps, ads, decks, print and physical products — including paid client work.
• Use them without asking permission and without giving attribution. A credit or a link back is always welcome, but never required.

On the condition that you don't

• Sell, license or redistribute the images on their own — as files, downloads or datasets, or as part of another stock-photo, wallpaper, clip-art or template library or service. Using them inside a larger creative work of your own is fine; repackaging or reselling the library itself is not.
• Present the images as your own original photography.
• Use an image in a way that suggests a person, brand, product or place shown in it endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you or your work.
• Use the images for unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or misleading purposes, or in any way that infringes someone else's rights.

No warranty

The images are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. They are AI-generated in-house; any resemblance to real people, brands, logos or places is coincidental and is not an endorsement. You are responsible for how you use an image, including obtaining any release or clearance your particular use may require.

A note on copyright

Because these images are AI-generated, they may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions. Where they are not, the conditions above are the terms on which FreeStockMCP makes them available to you.
